Do you know exactly how many calories you need per day in order to lose weight, body fat, and build lean muscle?
Most "diets" recommend 1500-1800 calorie plans for everyone. At Body Fusion, we do not believe in "diets". We believe in developing, following and teaching a healthy, well-balanced eating lifestyle. Each person's daily caloric needs are different. Our nutrition specialist calculates your individual caloric needs based on your body composition and lifestyle. Not only will we provide you with the specific amount of calories you need each day, but we will break that down into how many of those calories should be protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats. You will then be given guidelines and food choices for daily meal plans, and put together your own meals, based on those guidelines.
This is a 10 week program that is guaranteed to work for you to help you lose weight and build muscle, if you follow it completely. It will also teach you how to make healthier food choices so that you are always able to stay on track -- not just for 10 weeks, but for a lifetime. This program is also designed to be the most effective with a regular exercise routine. If you do not already have an exercise program, we can help provide one for you.
The 10 week program requires 10 half hour sessions once a week with our nutrition specialist. These sessions are based on your own schedule and availability. You will also be required to fill out a weekly food log.
