Adrienne discovered her passion and interest in fitness many years ago when she realized sadly one day that she was not going to have the metabolism of a 20 year old forever, and as many of us do, she began to gain weight. She had never exercised and had never thought twice about what she ate, meaning she ate whatever she wanted. She gained about 25lbs and went up 3 sizes in her clothes. That was when she decided she had to make some lifestyle changes. She discovered the results and the benefits of exercise combined with proper nutrition, and experienced first hand the effects that this combination has on the body. The result is not only weight loss, but a more fit, healthier body overall and a complete sense of well being in mind, body, and spirit. She has since felt the need to share and teach this knowledge with others. It takes a little work, planning, and self-determination, but she believes it is the natural alternative to being healthy and fit.

Adrienne studied at Mission College where she received certifications in both group exercise and personal training. She later received national certifications with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), and the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists (AASDN). She has also had featured articles in Oxygen and Fitness Magazines. As well as personal training, she teaches boot camps, muscle conditioning classes, and indoor cycling.

"I can design a cardio and/or weight resistance program to help you meet your physical goals, whether it is weight loss, building muscle, toning and firming, or just being physically healthy and fit. Every routine and exercise I teach, I have used personally for myself to insure safety and effectiveness. Every session is different with diverse exercises to keep your interest and motivation. One-on-one training is geared specifically to your personal fitness level and goals."
