Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Lawrence was introduced to exercise and fitness at early age by his father, who studied physical fitness and martial arts for many years, including some time as an amateur "natural" bodybuilder. It was a way for Lawrence to combat his own weight problem and help him become a better young, athlete. After winning the battle, the science and art of physical fitness and proper nutrition soon became a cornerstone in his life. After losing his mother, suddenly when he was 11, somehow he knew that he was destined to help people take control of their health and lives. Since then, he has continually educated himself about exercise, nutrition and dietary supplementation.

After studying nutrition in college, his path took a different course as a full time Home Builder. Ironically, many of the techniques in constructing a home he would soon use to help construct better bodies and minds. In 1999, Lawrence and his wife Demi opened Demi-Lawrence Body Works in West Hills, California. There, he helped hundreds of people change there minds, bodies and lives. Lawrence was awarded top success coach by EAS, who sponsors a physique transformation contest worldwide. The Body for Life Challenge helped inspire Lawrence to help others achieve total body wellness and health. During the past 9 years, he coached one Master Grand Champion, one top 10 finisher, one top 100 finisher and 4 top 2000 finishers. He has helped many combat and win their battle with illness through proper supplementation and nutrition. He believes that when you strengthen your body, through preparation, proper nutrition, awareness and commitment, you strengthen your mind and begin to fill your spirit with positive energies, allowing for a complete Mind, Body and Spirit transformation. Most importantly, he is passionate about helping you REINVENT YOURSELF and BECOME EMPOWERED to be all that you can be.
