Adrienne has studied exercise and physical fitness programs for over 20 years. She has extensive knowledge and experience in hi/low impact aerobics, step aerobics and conditioning, resistance training, cardio kickboxing and indoor cycling. She has studied at Los Angeles Mission College where she has received certifications as a group aerobics instructor and as a personal trainer. She is certified nationally as a personal trainer through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and as a group instructor through Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is also a certified Nutrition Specialist (LMA).

A nutrition and meal plan program developed specifically to help you reach your fitness & health goals without “dieting”. Designed to be incorporated with exercise, this program will teach you how to eat healthy, while providing you with the correct amount of daily protein, carbs and fat calories needed for your body, whether your goal is weight loss, weight gain, or simply changing your body composition.
Robert brings 39 years of weightlifting and strength and conditioning coaching experience to Body Fusion. His body of coaching experience includes two NFL players, an NBA player, a number of NCAA Division 1 Football players, an Olympian, four national weightlifting champions, seven national weightlifting record holders, 17 international weightlifting teams including the Olympic Games and 15 Division 1 Women’s Volleyball Scholarship athletes.

He has been certified as an NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist for the past 22 years and was a speaker in the preparation course for that certification at the UCLA Extension program. As expected Robert is a staunch advocate for the inclusion of the Olympic lifts in the training of his athletes. He was the only coach in the world requested to write a chapter for the Encyclopedia of Strength and Power, a publication of the Sports Medicine Commission of the International Olympic Committee.

Having been designated Senior International Coach, the highest rating available from the U.S. Weightlifting Federation, Robert was honored by being named to the U.S. Weightlifting Hall of Fame and the Arnold Weightlifting Hall of Fame in a ceremony in which he was honored by Governor Arnold Scharzenegger.
Caroline began practicing Tai Chi as part of a quit smoking program in 1988. The gentle, graceful forms of Tai Chi touched her soul so much that she has gone on to study 4 different styles. She is also a Board Certified Reflexologist, Certified Holistic Heath Practitioner, and has contributed in the completion of a book entitled Secrets of Self-Esteem. She has completed a training program based on this book at a day treatment facility for people with mental illness. Her interest in people and places around the world led her to study Anthropology in college. Caroline will introduce you to the beautiful art of Tai Chi. Beginners are welcome to start at anytime.
Mariela Carter has been a physical therapist for more than 27 years. She earned her certification as Pilates instructor at The Pilates Studio of Los Angeles in West Hollywood in 2005.

She has attended workshops and seminars as part of her continuous study of the Pilates Method. Mariela's philosophy and main objective is to always provide the best training to each client by customizing the exercises to meet each and everyone's goals and health needs. The mat classes that she teaches are safe, energetic, motivating and fun. For these reasons, all her clients continue to be inspired to practice and enjoy the benefits of this amazing discipline.
Carol Weston began practicing yoga in the fall of 2000 in search of a physical workout that strengthened her body and also challenged her mind and spirit. Yoga has become a way of life for Carol, so much more than anything she had expected, a daily blessing for her. Carol teaches healthy lifestyle classes to adults and children including yoga, core fitness, healthy cooking, and specialized classes for prenatal/postnatal moms, baby and parent, special needs and senior wellness. No matter what subject she teaches, there is a common thread, to teach the value of self- expression and personal growth, guiding those she teaches toward a more open minded, open hearted attitude and to living a full life. Carol completed her teacher training at Rishi Institute in Los Angeles, Ca. and is a registered yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance and Yoga Ed. Carol continues to train with master instructors including Rod Stryker, Max Strom, and Maggie Mellor. Her welcoming style encompasses the foundation-form and benefit principles of Vinyasa Flow and other forms of Hatha yoga for a beautifully well rounded yoga fitness practice.
Erika is a former Miss New England Body Building Champion and has competed as a professional body builder on a national level for four years. Erika competed as Diamond on the hit television show American Gladiators for three years. She has 16 years experience in: anatomy, biomechanics, nutrition, joint structure and kinesiology. She is a certified Massage Therapist by The Institute of Professional Practical Therapy since 1997 as well as a Certified Personal Trainer by The National Council for Certified Personal Trainers since 2000. Erika has modeled for Muscle & Fitness and Muscle Magazine and appears in the motion picture Batman Returns and the television show Lois and Clark.

Rob Iannuccilli is a fitness professional who has been involved in his field for twenty years. He holds a degree in Exercise Physiology/Physical Education, the NSCA-CPT certification, and the prestigious CSCS certification issued by the NSCA. Rob began his athletic career as a gymnast, which later gave rise to professional coaching and fitness training. Rob has coached at various private schools in Los Angeles as well as clubs and colleges in Rhode Island, Maryland, and Nebraska. Rob was a national level gymnastics coach where he trained athletes at the elite level. Shortly after, he started his own personal fitness coaching company "All About You" where he went on to work with a wide range of the Los Angeles community including Wayne Brady (improv actor/talk show host), principal dancers for Madonna, Britney Spears, Paul Mc Cartney, and Chayanne, as well as business executives, working parents and,"soccer moms."
