TONE & SCULPT I:
A great way to tone, shape and firm your entire body and burn fat with this complete upper and lower body workout using hand-weights, body bars, bands and steps. Great for all fitness levels!

TONE & SCULPT II:
A more challenging body sculpting class for those who want to take their workouts to the next level. (Intermediate to advanced)

CARDIO BEAT:
A fun, high energy, high intensity mixture of cardio drills and routines including dance, step, bootcamp drills and more. All guaranteed to keep your heart pumping and your body burning those fat calories. Class ends with abdominal work and full stretch.

BOOT CAMP:
For those wanting to achieve optimal fitness, a two hour class combining indoor cycling and various other cardio drills along with resistance training in a continuous format designed to build strength, stamina, and endurance as well as maximizing calorie burn. more info...

BODY BEAT:
A fun, total body workout combining resistance training with cardio intervals - proven to be the most effective way to burn fat and sculpt shapely muscle definition. All levels welcomed.

MAT PILATES:
This mat Pilates exercise class offers the best full body workout that you can find. Whether you are a beginner or an athlete you can strengthen and condition your body and enjoy the long term results from this lifetime fitness plan. The class will end with a cool down period consisting of 10 minutes of full body stretch.

TAI CHI:
The Tai Chi for this class is Yang Style short form which is the most popular style practiced around the world today. Tai Chi Chuan is an active meditation that will bring you in touch with your body, improve your balance, and increase your lower body strength while at the same time develop your mind for better concentration, focus, and relaxation. Tai Chi will allow you to discover coordination on both sides of your body.

ONE-ON-ONE PRIVATE COACHING:
You will work one-on-one with your choice of one our highly qualified and certified Coaches. Your first workout will include a health appraisal and fitness evaluation and a goal-setting consultation. You will be set up on a personalized program and taught proper exercise techniques step-by-step. Each consecutive session with your Coach will include a weight training and or cardiovascular workout, the duration of which is determined by your physical condition and ability. As you progress, results will be monitored on a regular basis with updated evaluations so that adjustments may be made to your routine.
